The company’s management team brings a combined 50+ years of experience in this exact space in product development, merchandising, sales and marketing as well as a depth of expertise in the financial structure and management of a large corporation to successfully construct, launch and grow the Oxford Hounds brand. There is not one facet of the business model that does not have an expert involved in every element of what is required to compete in a vast and global space. The team is comprised of experts with a wealth of experience and unrivalled knowledge on how to build and manage brands in a direct to consumer format.
James Tulin – Founder & CEO

James is originally from New York and is the Founder and CEO of Oxford Hounds. His family started Swank Inc. in 1897 that became the largest seller of men's and ladies' accessories in the world. James has 35 plus years of experience in the men's accessories industry and has traveled extensively worldwide specifically throughout Europe, India and Asia. His areas of expertise consist of, but are not limited to, product development, merchandising, sourcing, supply chain management, as well as extensive financial and inventory management skills inclusive of pricing and margin management. Further, James has extensive knowledge and managerial expertise in dealing with manufacturers worldwide. He served as Senior Vice President and Director of Swank Inc. for 27 years which afforded him an insider's perspective of the financial operations of a $170M public corporation. He additionally acted as chief product and design liaison to some of the most recognizable brands in the world such as Tommy Hilfiger, Guess, Ralph Lauren, Kenneth Cole, Tumi, Nautica and Geoffrey Beene to name a few.
James graduated from Blair Academy Preparatory School and with honors from the University of Denver with a degree in Business Administration. His personal interest includes love for dogs, golf, and martial arts.
James Tulin II – President & COO

Jim has spent the past nineteen years in managerial positions in invariably one of the most competitive industries in the global market today; the mortgage banking business. Jim was a standout in the industry based on his ability to incorporate social media as a means of directly engaging the customer. He understood the cost metrics of using social media as opposed to the industry norm of employing direct mail and print that was not effective from both a cost and or efficiency perspective. He solely used a direct to consumer model as the basis for building his business to never before reached levels of growth and has a deep and keen understanding of how to apply these skills when structuring a branded marketing campaign. Further, Jim is an active executive coach and leverages the reach of social media on a daily basis pursuing his passion in helping other leaders reach their potential. He further possesses a strong financial background which will immensely assist the company’s mission to ensure the firm maximizes profits. He graduated from Woodmere Academy and the Arizona State University. Jim is an avid mountain biker and endurance athlete. He also loves to travel.
Alexander Tulin – Executive Vice President & CMO

Alex brings a vast knowledge of design, branding, packaging and merchandising skills to the team. He began his career as a team merchant in the leather accessories division of the largest men's accessories company in the world. In this capacity, he soon became direct design and merchandising liaison to many of the world's foremost brands such as Guess and Tommy Hilfiger. He further expanded his horizons by joining a leading multi-level marketing jewelry company as Senior Director of Product Development. His many years of experience in the design and product development space coupled with an exceptional organizational skill set adds significant value to the company. Alex is also a highly skilled expert in branding and packaging development. He graduated from Woodmere Academy and the Arizona State University. Alex is an avid painter with a profound love for all genres of music and enjoys playing organized hockey.
Joe Hipple – Strategic and Financial Advisor

Joe is the Founder and CEO of FEA | Strategies Group (“FEA”) which specializes in assisting start-ups evaluate their ideas, develop a strategic plan, create a financial and narrative model for presentation to potential investors and follow through expertise after the investment is closed. Joe is an expert in guiding management on the particulars of what is required to launch a startup and assisting them in development and expansion into new avenues of revenue streams and strategic partnerships. His deep financial expertise and wealth of experience is an invaluable asset in providing guidance to the company.
